There are three basic steps involved in a garage door tune up. They include, but may not be limited to:

Our experienced techs will check every moving and mechanical portion of your garage door system.
Routine inspections often turn up areas that may benefit from simple adjustments.

All of the hardware and moving parts will be lubricated including the rollers, springs, and hinges. Weather seals at the bottom of the door, around the exterior frame, or between the sections will be lubricated or replaced if needed. Keeping these elements lubricated can extend their longevity.

If we discover a component that is broken or worn and likely to break, we will discuss how to address it. A price quote will be provided to you for any part replacements.
